Cracked Front Glass Repair (LCD must work)

The cracked front glass will be removed from on top of the LCD and new glass will then be laminated, this will mean that your original LCD will remain original and genuine only the glass is replaced.

  • The Touch function must work on the screen.
  • The LCD must be working (Please see FAQ on working LCDs)
  • There must not be any black spots, discolouration or lines on the LCD

How to Test Your Samsung Phone Touch function by Using Secret Code *#0*#.

  • From the Home Screen tap the Phone icon.
  • Dial *#0*# using the keypad.
  • You will now be presented with a test page. Tap the feature that you wish to perform a test for. For example, tap the Touch button to test the touch screen sensitivity.
  • Now slide your finger over the small grid boxes. Once the touch has been detected, the gridboxes will turn green. Once all the grid boxes have turned green, the device has passed the touch test and will return to the test page.

Screen and LCD replacement

The faulty screen assembly will be replaced with a new LCD screen assembly, this is quite a straightforward process. There are no aftermarket LCDs for Samsung edge model screens, so we will need to use an original LCD screen.

  • The mobile phone will be fitted with a brand new LCD and Screen
  • Black Spots, Discolouration or Lines are indicators of a broken LCD (See FAQ for more information).

Battery Replacement

The battery within your Samsung phone will be replaced with a new battery which will provide much better functionality than the previous battery.

  • The new battery will hold charge and function the same as the old battery when fully working.
  • Signs of a badly functioning battery are :
  • Jumping percentages (eg. 100% to 80%)
    Random Cuts Of Power
  • ONLY the battery will be replaced with this repair, it will not include a screen repair.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Repair

Ascertain that your phone is of the correct model and that it may be repaired within the organization. Assuming you have your Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, the next best thing to do is to back up your smartphone. You may also wish to factory reset your phone after you have completely backed it up.

Backing up your phone ensures that nothing vital or valuable is lost if your phone is entirely reset. We will do everything necessary to restore your data, but backing up your phone is a good idea if at all feasible.
