The housing we use will be a genuine Apple part taken from a used MacBook, as brand-new genuine housings are not available on the market only non-genuine ones are, which we avoid for quality reasons.
If a housing replacement is needed, we will contact you to confirm before proceeding. Please be aware that the usual turnaround of 1–2 days will not apply in such cases, as additional time may be required to source a suitable part. Third-Party Screens: Unlike many repair shops, we don't use third-party screens from sources like eBay. These may look clean externally but have inferior backlight quality and hinges that can become faulty over time
