How to Remove Activation Lock from Galaxy Watch

We require you to remove the Activation Lock from your device before sending it to us.

Galaxy Watch

Open the Galaxy Wearable application on your paired phone.
Go to Watch settings within the Galaxy Wearable application.
Scroll down and go to Accounts and backup.
Select the Samsung account.
Tap Remove or Sign out.
You may be redirected to a browser to sign out.
Input your Samsung account password to confirm the removal.
Note: If you are trading in or selling the watch, it is also recommended to perform a Factory Data Reset on the watch, as this action should also remove the accounts.

Important: Make sure to back up your data before removing activation lock.
